Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Since all our products are made to order, production begins as soon as your purchase is completed.

SHIPPING TIME
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 4–5 business days within the United States.
A tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs may vary depending on the item or collection. Final shipping fees are displayed at checkout before completing your order.


ADDRESS ACCURACY & DELIVERY ISSUES

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for ensuring that all personal and shipping information entered at checkout is accurate. Any errors may affect delivery, returns, or refunds.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES (CUSTOMER ERROR)
If the wrong address is provided and the order ships:

  • We cannot issue refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address.

  • If the package is returned to us, you may choose:

    • Reshipment (you must pay a new shipping and handling fee), or

    • Refund minus:

      • Original shipping costs

      • Priority processing or insurance (if selected)

      • 30% restocking fee

CORRECT ADDRESS PROVIDED
If you entered the correct address and the order is returned to us by the carrier, we will reship it free of charge to the same address.
If you want to change the address, you must pay the shipping cost for the new shipment.


ORDERS MARKED AS “DELIVERED” BUT NOT RECEIVED

If your tracking number shows “delivered,” but you did not receive the package, we must rely on the carrier’s tracking information.

To receive a replacement, you must:

  1. Contact your local post office,

  2. Obtain a claim ID,

  3. Provide the claim ID to us for validation.

Once the claim is verified, we will send a replacement item.

Please note: packages marked as delivered are not eligible for refunds.


LOST, DESTROYED, OR UNRETURNED PACKAGES

Sometimes packages are refused or destroyed by the manufacturer or carrier.
Sometimes they are lost in transit due to carrier handling.

In situations where the carrier or manufacturer does not return the package to us, we can provide:
50% store credit toward a new item.

These cases depend entirely on carrier policies and are outside of our control.

If your order has not arrived within 60 days of purchase, you may contact us for assistance under this rule.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Damaged or incorrect items are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
You must email us at thevineonline4u@gmail.com with:

  • Name

  • Order number

  • Photo evidence

  • Reason for return/refund

A return label will be provided if approved.


RETURN LABELS & RETURN ADDRESSES

All returns must use the return label provided by our customer service team.
Do not send items back to the address from which they arrived.
Returns not sent using our official return label may result in delays or refusal.


ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Because all products are made to order:

  • Orders may only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.

  • Apparel, mugs, and ornaments cannot be canceled or modified at any time once the order is placed.

Clearance items cannot be returned, refunded, or guaranteed to include original packaging.


WARRANTY & CLAIM PERIOD

Our standard refund and replacement policy lasts 30 days from the date the tracking number shows your order was delivered.
After 31 days, we cannot offer refunds or replacements.
